Richard-Owner, Operator, & Home Inspector

Richard is the owner and operator of Sunny South Exterminators and ELS Inspections. He has 40 plus years of experience in the business.  He is an avid Florida Gators fan. 

Keith-Supervisor & Sales, Home Inspector

Keith has been with Sunny South Exterminators since February of 2000. A Highlands County local, he has spent his entire life in the area with a nine month exception. 

 
Jeremy-Office Manager

Jeremy has been with Sunny South Extermiantors since 2005.  He manages the day-to-day operations of the office.  Since taking over the Office Manager position in 2015, he has become the resident world traveler.  He and his wife Kim have visited over 9 countries now.  There son recently became a United States Marine.

 
Pamela- Office Clerk

Pamela has been with Sunny South Exterminators since 2016. Pamela has lived in Florida all her life and has never seen snow.

 
David-Senior Pest Control Technician and Lawn Technician

David has been with Sunny South Exterminators since 2009.  He has lived in Highlands County all his life.  

Stephen-Lawn Technician

Stephen is the newest member of Sunny South Exterminators.  He is son of Richard, the owner and operator of Sunny South Exterminators. 

Greg-Lawn Technician

Greg has been with Sunny South Exterminators since 2014.
